At Deus Ex Machina, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any full-price items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear

Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or similar packaging.

Affix the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.

Drop and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the shipment reaches our warehouse.
